Orders & Payments
Please make payment at the time of ordering, as items are only dispatched once payment has been received.
Cancelations
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Should you change your mind upon receipt, please return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when dispatched.
Exchanges and refunds will be granted if you are not fully satisfied, or the item is not as described or pictured within 14 days of posting.
The cost of postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged items
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected. The cost of postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will contact the delivery service to investigate before issuing a refund.
Items that are made to order are not eligible for returns once they have been made or dispatched.
Kindly reach out to me prior to returning the item, as it is often possible to resolve the issue without the need for a return.
