PERSONALISATION:
Please leave your personalisation requirements in the Order Notes section when checking out, Or email admin@besthandmade.co.uk with your order number. Failing to do this may cause delays.

Hundreds of designs are available, please email your desired requirements to admin@besthandmade.co.uk and we will endeavour to create exactly what you require.

PROOFS:
A digital proof will be sent within 48 hours, via email, for your approval. Your order will not be sent to print until we receive your approval on the proof – so please keep an eye out for this.
Please note: Orders cannot be amended after proof has been approved, and sent to print.

TURNAROUND:
Order processing is currently 2 Working days after the proof has been approved.

POSTAGE:
All orders are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail (no tracking) as standard unless an upgrade option has been selected at checkout.
The following Upgrade options are available:
1st class (1 day)
International Tracked

Once your item has been dispatched, Best Handmade are no longer responsible for delivery times, as the courier will have your item.
No refunds will be issued for late delivery where order has been dispatched within the stated time frame.

PLEASE NOTE:
– There may be slight colour variations between digital proof and print, as is expected, but our state of the art printer is one of the best on the market and will match digital proofs very closely, if not exactly.
– Personalised items cannot be refunded if proof has been approved.
