Description
8″ x 8″ Personalised anniversary card.
Design created using individual gems and placed in the shape of a heart with wire twisted and holding a heart at one end and a ‘with love’ card at the other. Colours can be changed to suit.
Enter personalised information (number and name) in the order notes box on the checkout page. Please include card and gem colour. Colours will be the same as in the photo if none stated.
Card will be packaged in a cellophane bag with a white envelope. This will be posted in a hard backed envelope.
